I am Kellie J. Wright — Author | Transformation Guide | Speaker | Podcast Host.
I am dedicated to helping individuals reclaim their true identity, heal generational patterns, and embrace spiritual wholeness. I’m the founder of Internal Journeys™ and host of the From Light to Christ™ podcast on Spotify, where I share conversations on faith, healing, and transformation.
After a deep twelve-year dive into the darkest recesses of self, I emerged with a renewed commitment to embody love and truth. I am now pursuing my Master’s in Transpersonal Psychology (MATP) at Sofia University, focusing on integration, embodiment, and building community with like-minded seekers.
A devoted follower of Jesus Christ — the Way, the Truth, and the Life — my work blends personal storytelling, spiritual awakening, and faith-based transformation. My signature Internal Narcissus™ process and “Inner Dictionary of Self” concept guide individuals to rewrite their internal scripts, move beyond fear, and live from love.
Through my books, teachings, and podcast, I invite others to discover the freedom and healing I found in Christ and to step fully into their authentic selves.
