About
Kellie J. Wright
Kellie J. Wright is a writer, speaker, counselor, and graduate student in Transpersonal Psychology whose work explores the intersections of narrative, embodiment, healing, self-awareness, and spiritual transformation.
She is the founder of Internal Journeys, creator of the IN 90-Day Transformation Process and Self-Love Mastery Course, host of the Self-Love Karma podcast, and former host of Conscious Speaks Radio.
Her first book, Internal Journeys: A Spiritual Transformation, chronicles the beginning of her spirit-led 90-Day Transformation process and serves as a reflective guide to awakening, healing, embodiment, and personal transformation.
For more than a decade, Kellie has explored the relationship between nervous-system healing, identity, dreamwork, contemplative practice, transpersonal psychology, emotional conditioning, and Christ-centered self-love. Through her books, teachings, courses, and transformational work, she encourages others to examine the stories, beliefs, and internal patterns that shape the “internal dictionary of self” while cultivating greater authenticity, emotional awareness, embodiment, and connection.
Her upcoming works — The Golden Road Home, The Mirror of Narcissa, and The Word Codes the Wound — blend memoir, mythology, contemplative storytelling, psychological reflection, and transformational philosophy into a larger body of work centered on healing, meaning-making, consciousness, and the journey home to oneself.
I created Internal Journeys and authored Internal Journeys: A Spiritual Transformation to share the rawness of that awakening. My follow-up workbook, From Darkness to Light, invites others into that same process with compassion and care. My upcoming works, including Wellness Through Grace and Magna Carta of the Heart, go even deeper into healing through faith.
