Self-Love Karma Podcast
Self-Love Karma is the principle that the energy we generate toward ourselves becomes the field we live in—and ultimately, the world we experience. Not “think positive and good things happen.” Not “love yourself and you’ll attract better people.”
It is deeper: What we practice in the privacy of our inner world becomes the invisible curriculum we teach everyone around us. We train people how to see us. We teach people how to treat us. We call in—and push away—based on what we believe, at the root, we deserve. Karma, here, is not punishment. It is return.
What You'll Experience
This Self-love healing podcast is for anyone who feels the call to:
- Heal the inner child and restore emotional and spiritual foundations
- Rewrite the inner dictionary of self
- Surrender self-reliance for Spirit-led living
- Come Home to Yourself
I believe we are not merely bodies seeking Spirit. We are Spirit-filled beings blessed with a body, called to walk in grace and truth, filled daily by the love and power of God.
My Mission with This Podcast
What the Show Is
Conscious Speaks Radio | Self-Love Karma
Hosted by Kellie J. Wright — Internal Narcissa
This show lives at the intersection of:
Psychology — attachment, relational patterning, nervous system, belief
Spirituality — energy, karma, shadow, inner child, descent and rebirth
Practice — what it actually looks like to live this, in real relationships, in real time
This is not the beginning of the journey.
This is what happens after the shadow work.
After the inner child healing.
After the descent and the rebirth.
Now you have to live it.

The Etymology
kar — vehicle, the moving force
ma — mother energy, the generative source
Self-Love Karma = the mother energy that moves through us and generates the world we live in.
Karma, here, is not punishment. It is return.
And the most radical act of transformation is learning to receive what we actually deserve —even when every wound in us is screaming to reject it.
